Division 1 and 2 Skating Field Trip

Grade 5’s in Divisions 1 and 2 thoroughly enjoyed their skating experience at ARC on Thursday November 17th.  Students had fun playing hockey, chasing their friends, and scooting around on seals!  Even Mrs. Fetterly and Mrs. McClelland got into the fun!

Thank you to all the volunteers who accompanied us and helped lace up skates and encourage kids – you were amazing!

After two hours of skating, the kids even got to enjoy a well-deserved treat back at the school. What a great day!

Soccer 2

Well we got soaked again! But I think all students had a soccer adventure:) For the last game we had some “free agents” go play on the other team just to even out the playing field. We didn’t know that our own players were going to “go off” and score four goals against us! I’m proud of the Sandy Hill sportsmanship! Our players did well.
