Mountainwest Studios is working hard to ensure your orders are delivered before the holiday closure. As the Canada Post strike continues, any orders placed prior to December 3rd will be delivered to the school and sent home with your student. Any orders placed after December 3rd will be delivered after the holiday closure; Mountain West Studios closes on December 20th and reopens on January 6th.

Kindergarten registration will begin on Monday January 20th. 

We will be offering pre-checks prior to registration once we return in January. 

Please ensure that you bring all required documentation (we will make copies) and that we are your English catchment school. We will have registration packages available or you can complete the fillable pdf files in the links below. 

If you are planning to register online, we can pre-check your documentation prior to upload. 

Grade Five Parents

The grade 5 yearbook committee is looking for photos from field trips, school activities, and other school-related images to add to your child's yearbook. Please email any pictures you have taken at any school-related events since your child started kindergarten to sandyhillyearbook@outlook.com
