Please find below information for review.

Reporting a Student Absence or Late – Please register for Safe Arrival / School Messenger with the email address you provided on your registration form.

  • The Abbotsford School District utilizes an automated student attendance management system called SafeArrival, offered through SchoolMessenger®, the company that hosts our parent notification system. With SafeArrival, you can report your child’s absence in advance using 3 convenient methods.  If your child arrives late, please send them into the school to check in at the office. We request parents do not accompany their child into the school.

Please register for school cash online.  School Fees such as agenda’s, field trips, concert tickets.

Please note the criminal record check process take 4 - 6 weeks for approval. If you would like to volunteer at any time next year it is recommended that you contact the school to begin the process before the summer break.

Noon Hour Supervisors – We are looking for noon hour supervisors to join our team in September. This is a paid position with the shift for the 2022 – 22023 school year anticipated to being from 11:45am – 12:45pm. Please contact the office at sandyhill@abbyschools.ca if you would like more information or to request an application form. An employee criminal record check will be required and takes approximately 6 – 8 weeks to clear.
