Suns Secret Gift Shoppe

Hosted by the PAC our first annual Suns Secret Gift Shoppe! 

What is it?

A festive holiday shop where students can choose and purchase gifts for two special adults in their lives.

Why are we hosting it?

This event is a PAC fundraiser, with partial proceeds donated to the Food Bank.

Our goal is to spread holiday cheer by giving students the joy of selecting meaningful gifts for their loved ones.

When is it happening? During school hours

How does it work?

• The PAC has been collecting new or gently used items to stock the shop. (We are still gratefully accepting donations—please drop items in the lobby bin before or after school!)
• Each child is asked to contribute $4 total ($2 per gift). Payments can be made by sending cash to their teacher in advance or purchasing through Hot Lunch. Day-of cash will also be accepted, if necessary.
• Each class will have a scheduled time to visit the shop and make their purchases during school hours on Wednesday and Thursday.
• Friday will be an extra shopping day for children who would like to choose gifts for more than two important adults (dependent on remaining inventory). All sales will be cash only on Friday.
• Parent volunteers will help students with choosing gifts and wrapping them (stay tuned for online volunteer sign-up to be announced soon!).  

How can parents help?

• Donate items to help us reach our goal of 1,000 gift choices (accepted donations are outlined on the attached flyer).
• Donate new or used gift bags, wrapping paper, tissue paper, and tape.
• Send $4 with your child in advance or purchase through Hot Lunch (link available December 1).
• Volunteer! We’ll soon share an online sign-up sheet—we need lots of parent helpers to set up, run the shop, and make the experience magical for the kids.
