Application for Class Placement
Teachers and Administrators take the responsibility of creating class lists very seriously and put much time and effort into creating balanced classes. Please note that requests must have an education reason or purpose.
Where possible, we will honour parent requests but please understand that we must also work within the Ministry of Education guidelines on class size and composition, therefore, it may not be possible to meet all requests.
Please email the completed form to sandyhill@abbyschools.ca or drop it off at the office. DO NOT submit it to the classroom teacher.
Deadline to submit your request is Thursday May 15th.
