The Maple Man

The Maple Man presented to groups of students sharing his knowledge of traditional sugar shacks and the history of Maple Syrup. Typical French-Canadian rhythms and dance were demonstrated and the presentation ended with a tasting of real maple taffy made on a bed of snow.
