Art with Robert Bateman Students

What a fun time we had visiting new friends at Sandy Hill Elementary today! Our Art 11/12 class is doing a collaborative project with Mrs Roberts’ Grade ones and today was our first get together. Bigs and littles were all a bit nervous, but within minutes there were giggles and smiles and everyone was working together, being creative and having fun. When it was time to go, there were high fives and even some hugs as little arms wrapped around tall legs! It was adorable! No sneak peeks yet on what we are making, but we look forward to welcoming the littles to the Big School in the coming weeks, where they can observe the big kids in action as they do some of their part of the project!
